Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled 48 hours or more prior to scheduled time to avoid a 30% charge of the total service cost. A 15 minute grace period is provided. We understand things happen- however after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, resulting in forfeiting your deposit/ a 30% charge of the total service cost. If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without communication, a no-show fee of 100% of your total service cost will be charged to the card on file. Two (2) "no shows" will unfortunately result in being banned from booking. For pre-booked appointments made in person, be sure to pay your deposit at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. Once we reach 24 hours prior to your appointment without a deposit, your appointment will be cancelled and given to someone else. No extra guests please, unless approved prior. Please bring cash to cover your remaining balance. We humbly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all guests effectively and ensure everyone's time is valued ♡
